• Directed 7 person tiger team that grew to 40 people to build the first version of the Opus Platform, a low code / node code software development platform. This project allowed TraceLink to pivot to a platform company.
• Directed 3 teams responsible for TraceLink’s flagship Track and Trace applications and Compliance applications
• Introduced Agile methodologies, micro services, code generators, Behavior Driven Design specifications, Karate and Cypress testing frameworks, and React front-end technologies
• Co-inventor on 3 patents (US 11,507,437 US 11,231,913 US 11,030,021)
