Senior Development Manager

• Responsible for the entire product line of RSA's software-based authenticators.
• First to manage a project iteratively using techniques contained in the Unified Process and Extreme Programming. Product was demonstrable every two weeks. First to setup a team room of 15 developers, use Object Oriented analysis, use cases, UML. Evangelized the benefits of the iterative process and trained other managers to use the iterative process.
• Shipped two versions of RSA's USB Authenticator middleware software. This product was a C++ Windows desktop client. Several members of this team were located in India.
• Shipped one version of RSA's Deployment manager. This was a Java-based web application which used the STRUTS framework and the BEA Weblogic application container.
