• Guided the development and QA engineering teams in shipping numerous versions of the Pivot 360 multi-network, instant messaging client and server platforms, designed and optimized for the mission-critical needs of the financial industry.
• Implemented Agile software development processes including SCRUM with two week sprints, daily stand-ups, peer reviews, unit testing, and frequent demos.
• Architected Pivot’s first responsive web application based on Microsoft ASP MVC, JQuery, HTML 5, AJAX, and JSON which tracked user actions and performance metrics.
• Designed a structured language parsing system to convert financial instant-message conversations into data.
• Collaborated with the Product team to convert requirements into phased releases.
• Implemented the Release management system consisting of dedicated build machines, nant and ant build scripts, and signed and obfuscated modules.
